U.S. shipping

We currently ship only to the United States. Depending on the product and availability, an order may be fulfilled from the United States, China, or Vietnam.

1 item: $4.99 USD shipping.
2 or more items in the same order: free shipping.

Processing and delivery

Order handling: 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday.
Transit: 5–7 business days, Monday through Friday.
Estimated total delivery: 7–11 business days.

Order cutoff is 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after cutoff are processed from the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and applicable public holidays are excluded. Delivery times are estimates.

Fulfillment locations

Our U.S. fulfillment warehouse is at 304 S. Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89107, United States. Our production partner in China is at 3205C, Block A, Rongde International, Henggang Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China 518000. We also fulfill some orders from Vietnam.
