Ordering and production

Are your shirts ready to ship?

No. Each shirt is made to order after you place your order. Production takes 3–6 business days before the parcel is handed to a carrier.

When should I expect my order?

Transit takes an estimated 7–10 business days after production. The estimated total from order to delivery is 10–16 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public and carrier holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Shipping

Where do you ship and what does it cost?

We ship to the United States, all EU countries, 16 eligible European countries outside the EU, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. U.S. shipping is $4.99 for one shirt and free for two or more shirts in the same order. Shipping to eligible international destinations is $12.99 per order. The final charge is shown at checkout. We do not currently ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, or Türkiye. See the full destination list in our Shipping Policy.

Where will my order ship from?

Depending on the product and availability, orders may be produced or fulfilled from the United States, China, or Vietnam. We provide tracking after your order ships.

Returns and help

Can I return a made-to-order shirt?

Eligible shirts, including made-to-order shirts, may be returned under our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and wait for return instructions before mailing anything.
